Recruiter call, manager call, director call. Took just over a month from recruiter call to receiving an offer. No technical test, mostly behavioral questions. 30 minutes each. Found the process / questions to be standard and not excessive
Had an initial screening call with the hiring manager, then another call with the team manager. Both were standard 30 minute calls. There probably would've been a third and final round afterwards
After I met the very friendly HR employee, I met the director a few days after for a follow-up interview. He almost directly told me that there was someone who applied with more experience, but wasn't enrolled in school. The director said he had to talk to HR to see if he could hire him instead even though he wasn't eligible to be an intern. I then had a panel interview a few days after that and the panel had no idea that I had already interviewed with the director. They then asked technical questions that had no relation to the actual job posting (e.g., pen testing questions). One of the interviewers was not tech based and didn't know what a GUI was and drilled me on not being able to work with others because I recently learned an OS that was CLI based.
Very disorganized and they don't know what they want. Recommend avoiding this company for the IT/Cybersecurity side.

If you hate GUIs how do you expect to work on a team?
