Once you apply a recruiter will send you an invite for a phone interview. Once the recruiter does the interview they pass on the notes to your direct manager. They then reach out to you to set up an in-person interview. After that you may interview with the doctors you will be working with, and finally they will call you about a job offer.

It’s smooth & easy since they need people to do eyecheck (ECP) as well . Lastly they just simply recruit me in and join in by next month . So far now still learning how to cope with new environments . But manager are easy hi lucky
