Interview
I had a really positive experience throughout the interview process. It was well-organized, communicative, and gave me a clear understanding of both the role and the team.
The process included an initial conversation with the hiring manager, followed by a panel interview with cross-functional leaders. Each step felt intentional, and I appreciated the opportunity to engage with different perspectives across the organization.
Communication was strong throughout, including clear expectations on next steps and timing.
Overall, the process felt thorough without being overwhelming, and I left each conversation with a better sense of the company’s mission, culture, and priorities. I was happy to accept the offer to join the team!
The process started with a pre-interview written assessment to guage abilities and interest. If you pass the assessment, there is then a hiring manager interview and a panel interview. Finally, they conduct reference checks.

A Virtual interview is conducted via Google meet with the director, who does all of the hiring for the role. He will first explain the function of the role, and will then lead into questions for the candidate.
