Day-long wait, no proper coordination, treated like a bunch of herds, waste of time and energy. Interview slot was 11am and they called me for interview at 4pm no screening rounds, didn't even mention proper lunch timings

Interview
The first interview is with someone from business operations and focuses on your experience and current role as well as the structure of Citadel. The next interview with a PM and focuses on walking through your investment style, a detail analysis of your approach to identifying and evaluating investment ideas.

Interview
The headhunter approached me and quickly followed up by calls with their HR people, team leader. Then a telephone call with big boss for the department. Later I was required to complete a full-day face interview with 7 people in their office!! A lot of smart questions, focused on my expertise and more essentially my logic. Then I got offer v soon. Good experience, but definitely stressful and challenging!! You can let your imagination go for all kinds of question bombs!
