I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Citadel (Dublin, Dublin) in Nov 2018
Interview
Series of phone interviews, then a final onsite interview. Most questions were basic brainteasers - fairly standard stuff. At the onsite interview some questions were about personal motivation and previous experiences.

Quick overview of company, behavioral, questions about current role. Nothing surprising or tricky, just be prepared to talk about what you want to do for the next stage of your career.
2/5. The interviewer was not paying enough attention on the candidates. He was looking at this monitor all the time, and ignore what I said. Pretty standard trader question. i.e. bid-ask spread
