Phone screen setup by HR who was very nice and professional. First phone interview was with Team lead. Again, very nice and professional but extremely difficult interview for a first screen. Deep dove right into linux, multicast, python, and trading terms. At the first sign of stumbling he basically said, thanks but no thanks (in a respectful way). Their bar is HIGH. Expect a grilling.
