I went through 3 rounds of interviews, a management phone screen, a manager interview and a team interview. The interviews mostly revolved around conversations about my past experience, what I wanted to do next and the needs of the team/org. I felt like everyone really went out of their way to make me feel comfortable throughout the process and genuinely wanted to get to know me as opposed to peppering me with ridiculous questions. You know, have normal conversations like you would in a normal working environment, so you can actually get a good sense of how it is to work with someone, not an interrogation. Also, l'll point out that I'm not a fan of HR in general, but I have zero complaints about HR here, quite the contrary in fact. Other orgs could learn something from Cision. One of the best interview experiences I have ever had.
