Interview
I first interviewed over the phone. It was pretty simple, but I felt like she tried to make it difficult by going off-script. I forgot her title, but the lady then set up with another interview with 2 managers at the Cintas location in my area. After my second, I sent out a thank you letter and emailed the lady I was initially contacted by. I was ignored until about 2 months later with a rejection letter.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
