Interview
The initial screening was in-person at my University. A week late I went to the Schaumburg location and had a facility tour, along with 4 separate interviews. The questions were all situational/behavioral.

Tell me about a time things didn't go as planned, and how you handled it?
Multiple Interviews and one in person. Nice people and good interview questions. Only negative was the follow up. I had to reach back out to see if I was still being considered or not.
It was a fairly easy interview process. They asked questions about what I did in college as far as academics and internships. Nothing too difficult was covered. As long as you prepare, you will be fine.
They recruited me out of school. I had 8 rounds of interviews, and was promised the job in the second to last interview with the last being a formality. They rescheduled my final interview three times with three different people. Ultimately did not get the role.
