Easy enough, the management is pretty easy going and seem to ask typical “interview questions”. They don’t spend a lot of time on the interviews. Was a good job for the time.
The interview was a quick process meeting with one of the assistant managers who asked an overview of basic questions and they offered a job on the spot. It was more challenging to get to the interview itself. I dropped off a resume and application in person and had multiple follow up calls with them to ensure my resume was seen and delivered to a manager.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Cinetopia (Vancouver, WA)
Interview
I printed an application online and handed it in in person, but had to call them a few days later before they would schedule me for an interview. The interviews themselves were pretty casual, but I ended up having to do 3 separate interviews with 3 different managers before they hired me. It was a little irritating but it ended up being worth it. They just sit you down and ask you some pretty basic questions. No drug testing required.
