I applied online at cineplex careers. A week later I received a phone call from the theatre and got scheduled for an in-person interview. The interview process was one-to-one with the theatre manager. A week later I received a job offer by phone.

Group interview, asked standard questions and was overall straight forward and easy. Had small group exercise, and needed to interact with fellow interviewees to show ability to work together in a team.
it was conducted via 6-8 person group interview, 4 were selected. it was important that you are the first person to speak. show that you know how to talk to people

Group interview with scenario questions e.g. what would you do if a guest complains of popcorn being too salty? Pretty easy, there was a period of “flash questions” that were 1 on 1 with a manager, just be nice and try to connect with your interviewer.
