Cinco Design interview questions

Began with a screening interview with Studio Manager to review my qualifications and goals, followed by a group interview with Client Services people and another group interview with Client Services + creative leads. Finally, I had a brief meeting with the founder.

Pretty relaxed interview environment. The interview included a department head and then two potential team members. Mostly conversational about my own employment history and then how this role might fit into the company as a whole.
