I was interviewed by the Regional Manager, Florida HR Partner, and the General Manager of the location for an hourly manager position. I felt this was a little bit of overkill, but I understood after I got hired: Cinépolis has a lot of issues with hiring as they don’t pay enough, the clientele has a tendency to be low quality. The interview was awkward from the HR Partner (she was not well prepared) but the Regional and General Managers were polite and appropriately gauged for the interview.
