Interview
I was called by a recruiter for an interview with a District Manager for a Senior Assistant Manager position for a location near my home. After the interview was complete they set me up with a background check which I'm not sure they always do that right off of the bat. They then offered me the position for $12/HR + 10 Hours of overtime each week. I countered with $13 an hour and we settled at $12.50 or else they would have "passed" up on me. I probably could have gotten more out of them.
