I waited in a room that looked like it had been furnished overnight with some things from a warehouse while loud music blared from the room next door. People were wandering in and out in hoodies and sweatpants. When I was brought in, they mainly just asked me if I had leadership experience, what I thought the three top qualities in a leader were, and then started saying something about needing managers for their expanding business interests.
