Chewse interview questions

They called me for a phone interview even though they already had a "preferred candidate in mind." I felt like they were just interviewing me to increase their interview numbers, the person I was talking to made me feel like I was wasting their time.

Started off with a phone screening with the hiring manager that went well. 2nd phone screening was with HR person who did not call on time (they called me after i sent an email). I was invited for an onsite interview that ended up being quite unorganized. Out of the 2 hours they scheduled for my interview I spent more than 30 minutes alone in between waiting for interviewers. The whole process was really dysfunctional.
