First interview is with the owner, so he keeps the recruiting fee instead of the branch that you selected. Then you meet with branch manager for a tour of their "ghost" office. This is where you are expected to recruit into, not a real office. You will need to recruit and retain new agents, but the incentives to do so are nebulous.
