The woman from HR was very nice and informative during the screening call. She set me up for a video call with two of the managers from the marketing team, however, when I joined the Zoom call I was alone for almost 10 minutes. I called the HR rep to let her know what was going on and she placed me on hold for several minutes only to tell me they wouldn't be able to make it and needed to reschedule.
I never received another phone call, text message, email, or any sort of communication rescheduling my interview. I reached out to the HR rep a few times and just like the dating scene, I figured I was ghosted for whatever reason and I never even received a rejection notice.
Thanks for helping me dodge this bullet because after looking more into this company, I realized how underpaid all of their job listings are compared to other companies around San Diego.

Loved how much they emphasized teamwork — everyone I spoke to seemed genuinely collaborative. Definitely got good vibes from the team-first culture. Super refreshing to see a company that actually walks the talk when it comes to working together.
