The entire interview process has been very organised and informative, and the Recruitment Team have been amazing throughout, super engaged and energetic. I had a situation where I was on holiday and had no access to laptop for the interview task and they were so kind and understanding and waited for me to come back from holiday to continue the recruitment process. The focus of the interview was partly on competencies, but actually for the most part it was on the values fit and the mindset needed to best contribute and thrive within the company, which I thought was really great.
