I applied for one role and when the HR manager learned of my prior experience as an EA, she recommended me for another position. I completed two interviews and was told I would be scheduled for a third but never heard back and nobody ever replied to my follow-up email.

Question 1
I was asked about my organizational and time management skills and my ability to anticipate the needs of the exexutives that I supported in the past.

Interview
Applied online. Contacted for a phone screen by a HR person at the VC firm that invested in the company. Was then invited to complete a technical code review interview. HR did not know what language the assessment would be in. HR told me the process would take 2 weeks total, but it took 2 weeks after completing the technical assessment to be told the role had been filled and that I would not be given any feedback from my technical assessment

Interview
I wanna give props to Scott Taylor. He was an engineering manager who was very friendly, direct, and clear with what the expectations of responsibilities were, and he asked very useful questions in getting to know whether I was suitable for the role.
The behavioral assessment was very simple, and the technical question was interesting, as it was a Pull Request review for a background job.
I definitely could tell I wasn't qualified for the particular role as the interview was going on, but he didn't make me feel bad about it.
