Highly efficient and effective. The interviewer was knowledgeable about the process, the position, the requirements. She more than adequately described what to expect and was responsive to all questions. Soley conducted via phone, set up at a time of my convenience.

I first had an interview on MS Teams with the departmental head. I was then invited to an onsite interview. During the onsite interview, I was given a tour of the campus. The departmental leader that gave me the tour was very kind and welcoming.
