Lots of steps, lots of talking, little validity.
A recruiter reached out to me and set up time to talk.
Started with a recruiter chat, then an engineering manager interview, 2 tech interviews, 2 stakeholder interviews and then a final exec interview.
I was not offered a job because the stakeholder meeting completely misinterpreted my character. If you can't judge people correctly, then don't be involved in the process. You will be asked questions, and when you are honest, they will beat you with it :D Be careful on how honest you want to be and I'd suggest to learn off generic answers to some generic interview questions and move on.
They then make you have a video call to go over the incorrect feedback and the recruiter seriously attempts to say at the end of it all we would like to reach out to you in the future.
Overall win/win on avoiding this place.
