I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Central Services (Monroe, LA) in Jan 2016
Interview
Interview is only talking to the owner to see if he thinks you are a good fit for the company. It is a small company so it is important to fit into the culture. It can be hit or miss. He asked a couple of questions about my experience in sales and marketing. Didn't ask me anything too technical. Asked about computer and software skills and that was it.

Question 1
Describe what you think it takes to be successful at business to business marketing.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Central Services (Herndon, VA)
Interview
Phone Interview. In-person interview with HR. A couple days later in-person interview with manager. A couple days later a Physical fitness assessment test and a computer assessment.
Let me just start out by saying. This company is tiny and looking to grow. I thought their front of the office was just the front of the office, but it ended up being the entire office plus one meeting room and a warehouse.
They have you do a fitness test, which isn't hard to pass. Minimums are: 12 pushups, 20 situps, 6 side to sides and then a 5 minute 12 inch step where you have to keep pace with a metronome. (Kind of strange thing to put an office worker through, but their reasoning was they want the management and technicians to all be in decent shape.)
I was turned off a little bit when they didn't know in the interview what position I was applying for and asked me my salary goals multiple times. Besides these things, the process was very straight forward and typical for any company.
I turned down the offer because I interview for a specific position that had a salary. They offered me a 3-month contract position at an hourly rate (I made more then they offered me before I had a college degree) and told me they didn't know what role I'd fit in best too. They wouldn't write down that after three months I would go full-time with a salary or benefits.
They make you accept or decline on the spot. I declined.

Question 1
What are 3 qualities you'd bring to the company? What are 3 qualities your best friend would say? What are 3 goals you have for this year?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Central Services (Fairfax, VA) in Mar 2011
Interview
phone interview, then 2 in-person interview, at the end of the 2nd in-person they made an offer. I started part-time, moved to full time later. There's a lot of time spent teaching you the phone system and scripts before you get on the phone. good training overall.
