Two interviews over the course of one month. First interview was with H.R. and one or two members of the department I'd be joining. Second interview was with the leaders of the department.

They asked about my willingness to perform power restoration-related duties when storms created widespread outages. This would entail working outside the normal hours of operation, sometimes in bad weather and travel conditions.
