30 minute phone interview with HR followed by a 90 minute virtual interview with the research team. They asked about my interest in the position and CEE, my experience, and how I worked in a team. About a week after the final interview, I was told they were in conversations with candidates with more direct experience in the field. The process was smooth overall and I found the team kind and engaging.
