Clear Communication throughout. Expectations were clearly outlined and adhered to. Final Interview was a 90 minute Challenge which was extremely beneficial to both myself and the hiring managers to see how I would perform in the role.

entrevista con el equipo/jefes que es un reto/presentation que tienes que preparar y despues un roleplay. El reto consiste en buscar empresas y contactos que son buen canditados para trabajar juntos. El roleplay consiste en llamar en frio a un CEO y intentar vender a Celonis.

I had an interview scheduled, but unfortunately, the interviewer never showed up. While the application process was straightforward and easy, I didn’t actually get to complete the interview as planned.

4 rounds of interviewing. 1 is just the recruiter, 3 real ones with different levels of managers. First 3 super low pressure and conversational, 4th is a challenge that you have to prepare for and present.
