Took 2 weeks from the first HR interview to getting a job offer. The whole process was very professionally conducted. HR interview, interview with the VP and director of customer success and senior management.

Prepare a challenge before the interview. How would you respond to low user adoption and performance challenges?
First a screening call, then a in person interview and a case study. Good interview and case setup, you get a demo environment to present in and get some freedom in how to present it. Fair assessment where I focused a bit too technical instead of the big picture wins.

Interview
At first the interview process seemed rather onerous with the need to prepare a number of presentations and do a role play. However, I found this approach very good at getting me to deeply research the organisation, and I found the more I discovered the more I was fascinated by the company and the opportunity.
