Phone screening after applying online and creating a profile. Very simple process. Interview was a panel of 4 then the next step is with the manager one on one. After completing the interview process, they called me within 2 weeks with an offer of 5% lower than I asked for. Pay is good at Cedars, so I was happy with the 5% fall.
