I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Caterpillar
Interview
Basic interview process. Phone interview first. Then an interview with three managers one of them being the hiring manager. Within the first five to ten minutes of the interview I was pretty sure I didn't get it. The qualifications on the job posting were not complete with what they wanted. When applying dont just look at the Job posting you are applying for look a several regarding the same position to see as much of the needed requirements as possible.

1 round with a recruiter, 1 round on zoom, final round in person. Was a pretty painless experience and everyone was very friendly. Interviews can be a bit intimidating with 3-4 people, but was otherwise a pleasant experience.

I interviewed at Caterpillar (Charlotte, NC) in Sept 2024
Interview
I was told after 15 minutes that the interview was planned for only 30 minutes. Seems like the HM judges candidates without letting them introduce themselves. It was 30 minutes of red flags that this management team is impossible to work with. So strange they have openings!
