For Experienced job openings, Usually gets resumes from the job consultancies, shortlist a few, go with telephonic interviews for further shortlisting. Once the telephonic interview is through, there will be a face to face technical discussion with Tech leads, followed by Target Selection Interviews by hiring managers and finally a HR round.
Freshers only through campus recruitment.

Interview
The first round was an online test with aptitude and technical questions. Then there was a group discussion where a current feasible technological topic was given. In the next round, I was interview by two panel members. I was initially asked to walk through my CV then a few technical questions were asked. They expect answers with good technical reasoning.
