At first, HR called and asked about my profile then after 3 weeks they again called and asked the same. Then I was asked to give a written test. I cleared that test and was asked to give the technical round. On the day of the interview, HR made me wait for like 15 mins, then suddenly appeared on Video and said they will reschedule it. Finally, the interview took place next to next day. there were 4 people, who asked me around 20 questions, I answered 17 of them correctly along with a DS question that I solved within 2 mins. I thought it was one of the best interviews I had. I was extremely happy...I had this feeling that I will clear this round, as I was confident and sure that the interview went well. Then HR sent a feedback mail saying I didn't make it to the next round. I was shocked! I asked for detailed feedback, I asked where I went wrong. They had no answer! So, it's not me... it's them who wasted my precious time. Seems HR and the team had no clarity or their expectations changed at the end moment 😊 Request to HR, if you have selected somebody else, or you have no clarity on what you want, or your expectations are at the skyrocketing level, STOP WASTING our time!
