No real interview. I got the job through a temp service. It was a sink or swim type of situation. I was given two weeks to prove my self as a competent employee. Then was kept on for another 7 months till my temp service contract ended, then I was hired on permanently. After that I worked my way up to the role of warehouse foreman.
