My main issue here, and why I'm writing a review, is their lack of awareness of the state's guidance regarding COVID-19 and social distancing. I wore a mask for the interview. No one in the office wore a mask. This interview could easily have been conducted via phone or video chat to avoid bringing people into close contact. Even the candidate interviewing after me didn't wear a mask. Applied through Indeed.com. All communication with the company about the interview was through Indeed, though I called the company to confirm details and they were helpful. One on one interview with Operations Manager. If I had been invited in for a second interview, it would have been with one or both of the founders/owners. Office is in an office park. I hope they're not paying much in rent because the spaces are low quality. The space I interviewed in featured two metal chairs, an empty desk and an air mattress (!).
