Panel based interview, I had three people constantly asking me questions. The best thing to do is ignore the pressure and ask rebuttal questions. Make eye contact, also remember to be confident yet humble.

Panel interview with different area managers, leaders, and superintendents. Asked fairly standard interview questions based a packet of prepared questions. Future manager took me out to lunch afterwards to continue the discussion.
