I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Cascade Energy (Los Angeles, CA) in Jul 2025
Interview
2-phase process for this role. The first phase was a phone interview with a company recruiter. Standard questions about previous roles/responsibilities, fit, and personality/behavior. After passing 1 hour Excel test, the second was scheduled as a panel interview with 3 people over Teams with a 10-minute presentation, and the interview lasted 60 minutes. It felt very comfortable during the interview, like a professional conversation. Overall, a very good experience with the interview. Two hours after the interview (while I expected I would move forward), the recruiter scheduled a call with me and let me know they are moving forward with another applicant (very disappointing), but nice communication.

Single interview with a panel. Very nice people. I enjoyed the process and didnt have any issues with how it went. I'd recommend this company. Organized and well communicated. Next steps was clear.

Met with the in-house recruiter then had a remote interview where I presented a case study of work I'd done. The last half of the interview was comprised of questions from the panel.
