The interview time slot was only 30 minutes. The process overall was good, but I did not have time to ask any follow up questions. I was unsure about the company since they are still in the start up stage.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cartwheel (Closter, NJ) in May 2021
Interview
The following review is of a second follow up interview.
Four interviewers attended and participated in a scheduled live Zoom video call.
Each interviewer took turns asking pretty standardized base questions as one "host" or rather moderator managed the group, direction, and time. The interview was fluid, conversational, forward thinking, professional and friendly at the start, but morphed into an interview dominated by a concern over "right cultural fit."

Question 1
There were several questions asked of me that as mentioned in the interview process were standard and basic, but the question included here was in no way professional or what any Latinx female should have to answer: Why do you seem so jaded?
I only had a short (10 minute) phone interview and was asked a few questions regarding resume and IT ethics. Did not really have an opportunity to ask questions to the interviewer.

How would you approach a client that needs technical assistance/attention?
