CarePlus New Jersey interview questions

Interview process consisted of phone screening followed by one in person interview by two employees including a supervisor and a director. Questions encourage you to reflect on past counseling experience, share areas of expertise and psychotherapeutic modality.

Wonderful experience interviewing. The director was warm, engaged and asked good questions. She explained the requirements of the job and interview experience was not stressful. Once getting the job the onboarding took some time.
