Interview
There were 2 interviews. The first was with one of the hiring managers. Asked technical and context questions about my past work and then about the skills for their work. I was glad to see their technical competency and interest in my future. We actually talked about some recent changes in AWS CI/CD that I thought might help them. The next interview was deeper technical. They also about the work and a little about their plans and where I would fit.

Interview
I heard of the opportunity from a mutual connection, so I researched the job description online. There was an initial phone screen, followed by an in-person meeting with hiring manager on a different day, finally there was a panel interview with the sales and recruiting team (on the same day as the meeting with the hiring manager)
