Il y a eu une campagne de recrutement qui a été transmise par l'association étudiante (exposition en lien avec mon domaine d'études). La convocation à un entretien a été assez rapide, il se fait dans des conditions agréables avec des personnes avenantes.

I came directly in their office to apply after having read an ad on the executive website: apec.fr, phone interview and 2 onsite interviews. There were questions about my skills, my experience, and why I wanted to apply there. They replied quite quickly in fact.
They made me start in less that 2 weeks as they had a maternity leave approaching and I fit the box.
