Interview
The interview process was standard, or standard for post 2019, with a remote screening interview followed by a second interview if a good candidate. The interview process may vary though depending on the judge.
Questioned regarding past employment. Pretty standard questioning. Not much required in past experience except drug free and recent criminal history clear. Seemed to have cliques when walking through the door, nonchalant about hiring process. Didn’t make. Me feel excited to be there.
