I went through the full interview process with CallRevu and received consistently positive feedback at each stage. After completing everything, I was told the director just needed to finish a few more interviews, and I was encouraged by the recruiter that I was being kept “warm” as a strong candidate.
After waiting a few weeks, I was ultimately informed that hiring for the role had been paused for the quarter. While I understand that business needs can change, the communication throughout the process made it seem like an offer was a strong possibility, so the outcome was frustrating.
Overall, the team was professional and provided positive feedback, but I would recommend clearer expectations and more transparency around hiring timelines and decision-making, especially in the final stages.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CallRevu (Towson, MD) in Apr 2023
Interview
They were in between HR people so the communication wasn't completely seamless. All in all the process was pretty standard, nothing out of the ordinary. The people I spoke to were friendly.

What was my success rates with hitting sales targets.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CallRevu (New York, NY)
Interview
Applied on Glassdoor, a few days later was contacted by HR to set up an initial phone screening. Phone screen went well so was sent to the next step which was a panel interview with the manager of customer experience and the director of engineering. That went well and then I spoke to the CTO. A few weeks went by and then was contacted that I needed to talk to one more person. Spoke to that individual and then was told a few hrs after that I was going to be made an offer. Happily accepted. The interview process was lengthy but everyone I spoke to was very nice and I was ecstatic to learn that I got the job!
