There was a traditional phone screening with an HR representative and then two video interviews. One with two managers and the final with the director. They communicated after each one fairly quickly.

My interviews happened during COVID shutdown, so it all happened on Zoom. I interviewed with an HR rep for 30 minutes, then I moved to the next level interview with 3 staff members. I felt confident and the questions were pretty standard "what have you done in this situation," and it was straightforward.

Fairly easy process. You get a phone screen, then you move onto the interview phase. Once you’re interviewed, they will let you know whether you got the position or not.
