I recently participated in the interview process for a position at this company. The initial call with the recruiter was pleasant and informative, as she was both friendly and helpful in providing an overview of the role and company culture. A few days later, I received an interview request from the hiring manager. Unfortunately, my experience during this stage of the process was not as positive. I found the hiring manager to be unprepared for the interview, with a lack of clarity regarding the questions being asked. This made it difficult for me to fully showcase my skills and qualifications. While I cannot conclusively determine whether there was any discriminatory behavior, I do believe that the company could benefit from additional training in conducting professional interviews and fostering a more inclusive environment. This would help to ensure that all candidates are evaluated fairly and have an equal opportunity to succeed in the process.
