Caldwell Community College & Technical Institute interview questions

I was asked to give a demonstration /presentation of teaching using a prescribed lesson. This was followed by interview questions from about 15 people. The room was equipped with the proper technology.

Phone interview with the department manager initially. Then a second interview with a team of other associates. Each team member had prepared questions for you to answer and even asked follow up questions and took notes. This interview was about 1.5 hours. The third step was an online test using Excel.
