Interview
Was interviewed by four people, including the former CEO, the current CEO and two executives that I know have now left the company. One of the executives hinted during the interview that I did not want to work there, but I needed a job. I should have listened to him. He ended up being the only trustworthy person in the company (it is worth noting he suddenly "left" three months later without explanation). The overall interview was extremely easy because they were just looking for somebody to fill the role they placed me in.

Juliet Luo read my resume and asked me if the information it contained was true. Jack Zhang asked me if I did illegal drugs.

Interview
The position pretty fit for international student from China. I applied through the school's career service, and the whole processes are smooth as expected.
The first step you need to submit a 2-3 min video for the HR talk about your general information, why you interesting about the position and so forth.
The second step was a phone interview. The HR introduced the company’s overall performance and the internship’s project about. You have plenty of time to ask them questions about the position and the company. The HR is very nice and patient, so no worried at all.
The third step was an on-site interview. You will meet with the HR, VP and the CEO one by one. They will go through your resume and ask some behavior questions. Be prepared and do some research about the company and their business will help you to talk with them.
It is a good experience for me. They have strong background in the social-media healthcare industry. They are expanding their business and trying to involve more. Clearly, an excellent opportunity for student who just graduated or going to step in the society.
