Multiple people interview. Difficult questions. Intense environment. They started the interview late. Don't provide immediate feed back. Didn't call back to say yes or no on job had to call them multiple times after weeks of not hearing anything.
Very structured questions read directly from a list with answers recorded with pen and paper. Interview finishes with a written exam with some remedial chemistry (conversions, dilutions, etc). Interview was a committee of future supervisor, his director, and an HR person.
