Interview
At first they send a link to page where I have to answer some questions, then capture a video and then convert PSD to html, for all these 90mins, of course it took longer.
Then after 2 months they wrote that we go into next level and Skype interview.
Skype interview has taken about 40 mins, questions were about why I want to work there and so.
Also there was a questions about salary expectations.
Then they said the will send test, and after a few days they sent the test, it was exact the same test as the first one, why? I don't know. I have sent the same PSD to html work I have already done.
Then after a month, they sent an offer, it was a funny offer, 8-9 hours working and 4 times less than my required minimal salary, of course I have declined it, and wrote them about it, but no more answers anymore.
It's a 4 hour assessment before you even talk to a single person. Also, the amount of fake reviews here are crazy. At least do some research on what a normal human sounds like.

I completed a Skills Test where I was given a real-time task and had a couple of basic questions like "Why I'm a best candidate for this position" etc..In the end, I was asked to record a 3-5 Self Introduction Video

Company is a complete scam! Do not engage with the interview process. Part of the interview is to create a website based on a photoshop image. This isn't a generic website building test, this is you doing the work for their agency and building websites for clients. At the very least, they are using this code to implement into the websites for their clients. There is no job, you are free labor under the guise of a job offer.
At no point in the interview process will you speak to a human face to face at all. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
