Interview
After the initial submission, I received an encouraging email, that was ultimately followed eventually by an email asking me for a final interview online. I usually interview well, so I decided to complete the assessment. The questions were very subjective and included a recorded video interview. I feel the interview /assessment was unfair, but I accepted their methods. An email was sent shortly after my submission saying they were reviewing it, but they never got back to me since. You are invited for a Skill test immedately after send your resume, this skill test review stage never ends. They are always just reviewing and always recruiting for the same positions, somehow they never get filled

the pre-set assessment was fairly simple although it was a bit lengthy. They showed a bunch of different videos and webpages and asked us to identify what's missing/wrong in them. Lastly, they asked to upload a 3 minute video explaining your background, why you applied and why you'll be a good fit

I found the interview to be average. They had you look at videos of people interviewing for positions and gave you the requirements for what they were looking for. They had you rate them best to worse and you had to tell them why. This was also done on different websites. Lastly, you had to take a video of yourself and give a small interview.

Why do you want this job? Tell us a little about yourself. With regards to the website examples, they give you the criteria they are looking for. Out of the 5 examples, you rate them the best to worst and tell them why you answered that way. The same is for the pre-recorded interviews. You rate them best to worst. They are pretty obvious. Some have bad lighting and audio, others are short and don't answer the questions they asked.
