Super easy if you interview for tech position. HR is not responsive.
First round you can choose on-site or webex. Most questions are behaviour questions: did you have conflict with your manager or co-worker, how did you solve it, do you know agile and waterfall, what is the difference blahblahblah. Only one easy technical question, no coding.

Second round consists of case study, technical round and hr round. for case study, you will cooperate with other 4 interviewees to study a case like what if stock market drops, how to comfort internal employees and explain to public. technical round has one leetcode easy and some programming conceptual questions.
