First Stage Online Interview, had a friendly chat with the hiring manager about background and motivations. Experience was nice overall, feedback was given (other candidates with more experience). No complaints.

Multi stage interview with the following stages: * General Q&A with senior engineer * High level programming assessment * Embedded programming assessment * Interview with department head, stressing safety critical nature of the work * Q&A with HR The process was thorough without being onerous, and the interviewers did a good job.
